Business Analyst
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in .NET applications and Scrum certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of .NET-based software solutions within Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Elicitation and Documentation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for .NET applications.
Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation.
Technical Understanding:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of .NET technologies and frameworks to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.
Assess technical feasibility and provide insights during the requirements gathering process.
Scrum Framework:
Serve as a key member of Agile development teams, participating in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with the product owner to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Collaboration and Communication:
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and requirements.
Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact project delivery.
Requirement Management:
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, validation, and verification.
Ensure that requirements are properly tracked and communicated to all relevant stakeholders, and that any changes are managed effectively.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
Analyze complex business problems and propose innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives and technical constraints.
Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis to mitigate potential project risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment, with a focus on .NET applications.
Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)) is required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with experience working in Scrum teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
